This allows us to analyse portfolios based upon their performance as a debt collection strategy is applied; identifying distinct segments within a portfolio and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Working with a number of our clients, we use our ‘Value Add Engine’ to enhance the existing data and knowledge about the customer base in order that more effective and better tailored collections strategies can be utilised as part of an early or late stage collections strategy.
